Lorenz is a small, patent-pending independent aerospace company building an open airspace protocol and a reference eVTOL vehicle. We're looking for people who want to contribute to something real — engineers, designers, software builders, and technical communicators who can ship work.

This is an application, not a job offer. Lorenz is early-stage and independently funded. Successful applicants are invited to complete a paid or equity-compensated trial project before any ongoing role is discussed.

What this is — and isn't.

It is

An independently funded aerospace startup with a filed utility patent, a published whitepaper, a working simulator, and a 1:5 prototype. We ship real work and we document it publicly.

It isn't

A funded startup with salaries, benefits, or guaranteed outcomes. Contributors today work for equity, trial compensation, or portfolio credit. Be honest with yourself about whether that works for your life.

We value

People who can ship. Clear written communication. Engineering precision. Transparency about what you know and what you don't. Portfolio work we can evaluate.

We don't

Hire based on enthusiasm alone. We don't take contributions without an NDA and IP assignment. We don't promise outcomes we can't deliver.
